1. About These Terms
 
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Bunched mobile application and website (together, the "Service"). The Service is provided by Family Bunch LTD (Company No. SC897732), a company registered in Scotland, United Kingdom ("we", "us", "our").
 
By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
 
2. Eligibility
 
You must be at least 16 years old, or the minimum age of digital consent in your country, to create an account and use the Service. By using Bunched, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
 
3. Description of Service
 
Bunched is a private social platform that allows users to create shared spaces, connect with others, and share photos and content within those spaces. The Service is available via iOS, Android, and web.
 
4. User Accounts
 
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
 
You may sign in using email (magic link), Google, or Apple authentication. We do not store passwords.
 
5. Content Ownership and Licence
 
You retain full ownership of any content you upload to Bunched. We do not access or claim ownership of your content.

By uploading content, you grant Bunched a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, process, display, and share that content within your spaces as required to operate the Service. This includes creating resized versions for performance purposes.
 
This licence ends when you delete the content or your account.
 
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload and share any content.
 
6. Subscriptions and Auto-Renewal
 
Bunched may offer optional auto-renewing subscriptions ("Bunched+").
 
Subscription options, pricing, and billing cycles are displayed within the app before purchase and may vary depending on your region.
 
6.1 Free Trials
 
If offered, free trials begin when you confirm the subscription. At the end of the trial period, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the trial ends.
Unused trial time is forfeited once a subscription is activated.
 
6.2 Billing and Renewal
 
Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase or at the end of any free trial.
 
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Renewal charges occur within 24 hours before the period ends.
 
6.3 Managing and Cancelling
 
You can manage or cancel your subscription through your device settings:

• iOS: Settings > Subscriptions

• Android: Google Play Store > Subscriptions
   

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are provided.
 
Deleting the app or your account does not cancel your subscription.
 
6.4 Price Changes
 
We may change subscription pricing. Any changes take effect at the next billing cycle and will be communicated through the App Store or Google Play where required.
 
7. Acceptable Use
 
You agree not to:
 

• Upload content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, or violates the rights of others

• Upload content involving the exploitation or abuse of minors

• Attempt to access accounts, spaces, or data without permission

• Use the Service for unauthorised commercial purposes

• Disrupt or interfere with the operation of the Service

• Use bots, scripts, or automated systems to access the Service

• Circumvent security or usage limits
   

We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
 
8. Bunches Management
 
Bunch owners and moderators are responsible for managing their bunches, including membership, content, and moderation decisions.
 
If a space owner deletes their account, all associated spaces and content within those spaces will be permanently deleted.
 
9. Intellectual Property
 
All rights in the Bunched app, including design, branding, and software, are owned by PixelParty Group LTD.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Service except where permitted by law.
 
10. Account Deletion
 
You can delete your account at any time through the app settings.
 
Deleting your account will permanently remove your personal data, delete any spaces you own along with their content, remove you from other spaces, and delete associated records such as notification tokens.
Deleting your account does not cancel any active subscription.

Subscriptions must be cancelled separately through your device settings.
 
11. Termination
 
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the Service. Where possible, we will provide notice.
 
12. Disclaimers
 
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.
 
We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free performance, or complete security. You are responsible for maintaining your own backups of any content.
 
13. Limitation of Liability
 
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PixelParty Group LTD is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, profits, or goodwill.
 
Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim, or £50, whichever is greater.
 
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it cannot legally be limited.
 
14. Indemnification
 
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PixelParty Group LTD from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your breach of these Terms.
 
15. Governing Law
 
These Terms are governed by the laws of Scotland. Any disputes will be handled by the courts of Scotland, subject to applicable consumer rights in your country.
 
16. Changes to Terms
 
We may update these Terms from time to time. If significant changes are made, we will notify you via the app or email. Continued use of the Service means you accept the updated Terms.
 
17. Severability
 
If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
 
18. Apple App Store Additional Terms
 
If you access Bunched through the Apple App Store, additional terms apply.
 
You acknowledge that this agreement is between you and Family Bunch LTD, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the Service or its content.
 
The licence granted to you is non-transferable and limited to use on Apple devices you own or control.
PixelParty Group LTD is responsible for maintenance, support, and any claims relating to the Service. Apple has no obligation to provide support.
 
In the event of a warranty issue, Apple may refund the purchase price where applicable, but has no further liability.
 
PixelParty Group LTD is responsible for addressing any claims, including legal, regulatory, or intellectual property issues.
 
You confirm that you are not located in a restricted country or on any prohibited persons list.
Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them.
 
19. Entire Agreement
 
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, form the entire agreement between you and PixelParty Group LTD regarding the Service.
